Building Community, One Rally at a Time

There’s something special that happens when you take people out of conference rooms and onto a pickleball court.

Recently, Potter Homes, Potter Trinity, and Adelyn Charles Interiors came together for a pickleball social at Bonita Bay Club, and it turned out to be exactly what we hoped for—relaxed, energizing, and genuinely connective.

This wasn’t about competition or keeping score. It was about getting social, strengthening relationships, and creating space for teams to interact in a way that feels natural and human. Pickleball has a way of leveling the playing field—whether you’re brand new or a regular player, everyone jumps in, laughs a little, and figures it out together.

Between rallies, side conversations flowed easily. People who usually connect through emails, meetings, or job sites had the chance to talk, joke, and bond in a completely different environment. That kind of informal interaction builds trust—and trust is the foundation of every great collaboration.

For us, the afternoon was a reminder that culture isn’t built only in offices or on projects. It’s built in moments like these—shared experiences that strengthen teams, deepen partnerships, and reinforce why we enjoy working together in the first place.

Grateful for great partners, a beautiful setting, and a sport that brings people together so effortlessly. Here’s to more moments that blend community, teamwork, and a little friendly fun—on and off the court.
